Three Things To Know When Starting Your Health Coaching Business

Share

Are you thinking about starting your own full-time Health Coaching business, but do not know where to begin? Don’t worry, there are no rules because everyone’s situation is unique.

First, take a deep breath and remember, you do not have to do everything all at once!

Here are the first three things to have in place when starting your Health Coaching business.

1. Have a good understanding of your financial affairs.

Create a revenue goal to cover your monthly expenses and a plan for how you will reach that goal.

2. Be clear about your desire to be a Health Coach.

Running your own Health Coaching business requires self-motivation, which is much easier when you are clear about your passion and what you are meant to do.

3. Market yourself and sell your Health Coaching programs.

Having conviction and confidence in your Health Coaching business will make the process much less stressful and attract new clients.

Of course, when it comes to training and skills, there is no equivalent to that of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) Practitioners.

FDN training will help you to understand the mental/emotional, physiological, bio-chemical and behavioral factors required to improve your client’s overall health and well-being.

That’s why FDN practitioners are the most successful Health Coaches in health and wellness today.

And that’s it for this week’s Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Vlog of the Week.

Isn’t it time you help your clients on a deeper level?
