Our Money-Back Guarantee: The price of the FDN course includes a non-refundable $250 registration fee. If, after viewing Module 1 you are dissatisfied with the FDN Course you may request a refund as long as; a.) you do not progress to Module 2 and b.) 30 days has not passed from the original registration date. Notify [email protected] of your intent to withdraw. No refunds will be provided after the 30 days period. If you qualify, a full refund will be credited back to you minus the $250 registration fee which is non-refundable, and minus any lab fees that were covered by AFDNP Inc. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card. For our ADVANCED courses: If after viewing Part 1 you are dissatisfied with the FDN Advanced Training Module, you may request a full refund as long as; a) You do so within 10 days of registration, and b) you make no progress beyond Part 1. No refunds will be provided after the 10 day period. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement and/or the parties business dealings, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, Las Vegas office, pursuant to NV law. By agreeing to submit any and all disputes to binding arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury and any rights to appellate relief. If you have any questions regarding the waiver of these rights, you are urged to consult with an attorney of your choice. Any judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions and the AFDNP Inc. Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and AFDNP Inc. with respect to the use of the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
