Jennifer Lanie
Jennifer Lanie is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and is also a certified biology educator and CrossFit coach and she holds a bachelor’s degree in biology. For nearly 30 years Jennifer struggled
with chronic health issues including Endometriosis, Lupus, and Lyme Disease.
Then, Jennifer found and

It is Jennifer’s life passion to help others uncover and correct the hidden imbalances that are making them sick, so they too can live their best lives! All work and no play make Jenn a dull girl, so in her spare time you can find her at a hot yoga class, making something yummy and healthy in her kitchen, doing something outside (as long as it’s not cold), attempting to play tennis or planning bucket list vacations.
Karen Matthews
Karen grew up in Alaska and spent her childhood hiking, camping and living off the land. Living in Alaska is where she fell in love with healing the body as a whole and working with Eskimo Villages and Native Villages in remote Alaska on natural healing practices. It started her love and passion for helping people heal naturally.

Karen currently lives on the coast of Oregon and grows her own herb garden and has healed from Chronic Inflammation and Thyroid issues. She loves working with essential oils for healing and only uses non-toxic products in her home that she makes from using essential oils. Karen is also a Powerlifting Coach and uses natural methods for the lifters to be at peak performance.
She loves hiking, kayaking, camping, powerlifting and creating harmony with her work and life balance. Working with FDN has helped her with her mission on helping others find their life’s path by helping others in their FDN path.
