  Full Course Refund Policy Your course tuition includes a non-refundable $250 registration fee. If, after viewing Module 1 you are dissatisfied with the FDN Course or decide the course is not for you, you may request a refund in writing to [email protected] as long as you have not progressed past Module 1 and 30 days has not passed since your original registration date. No refunds will be provided after the 30 day period.   Advanced Course Refund Policy If after viewing Part 1 you are dissatisfied with the FDN Advanced Training Module, you may request a full refund as long as; a) You do so within 10 days of registration, and b) you make no progress beyond Part 1. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the web address prefix changes from http to https, confirming that the security software is active.

All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We request information from the user on our secure order form where a user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes 

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement and/or the parties business dealings, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, Las Vegas office,  pursuant to NV law. By agreeing to submit any and all disputes to binding arbitration, you are waiving your right to a jury and any rights to appellate relief. If you have any questions regarding the waiver of these rights, you are urged to consult with an attorney of your choice. Any judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions and the AFDNP Inc. Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and AFDNP Inc. with respect to the use of the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
